Once you log into MyCourses, you will be taken to the system home page. The MyCourses home page is made up of four areas, Minibar, Pinned courses, Calendar for all courses, Support information.
Minibar:
- The minibar contains several important icons:
- Select a course
- This is where you need to go to customize your home page. Please see the tutorial for more information: Pinning Your Courses
- Email
- Access your MyCourses email
- Subscription Alerts
- This is a way to be notified of any new activity in a discussion question.
- Update Alerts
- Get an Alert if there were content updates
- Profile
- Customize your settings here
- Select a course
Pinned Courses:
- You can customize your MyCourses Homepage by pinning and unpinning courses using the Select a course icon, which looks like a waffle.
- This displays all your upcoming events in the courses that you are enrolled in as a Student, Faculty, etc.
Support Information:
