You can download a number of content items in your courses for offline viewing. MyCourses usually has the available options for a topic listed when you click the down arrow next to the topic.
Step-by-Step:
- Click on the module that contains the topic or item you want to download

Click on the arrow to the right of the topic title

Click on Download from the menu

A Downloading Files dialog box will appear
- Depending on your browser settings, you will be asked to save the file once it has successfully downloaded
