A syllabus is a document that outlines all of the policies and content of a course, including the textbook, how things will be graded, topics that will be covered, a weekly schedule, and a list of tests, assignments, and their associated weightings. Each course has its own Syllabus with specific information. Here is how you can find it!

Beginning Fall 2024, all SPC courses are required to use something call a Simple Syllabus.

Simple Syllabi are designed to streamline your syllabus experience at St. Petersburg College. With a consistent order of content across all SPC syllabi, you'll easily find the information you need.

If your course is a General Education course or uses Respondus Lockdown Browser, your syllabus must be available from your instructor and viewable 45 days before the course start date.

To view course Syllabi prior to the course being open, visit: https://spcollege.simplesyllabus.com/

All other courses should have a Syllabus up by the course start date.

If your course is not yet open and you would like to see if the Syllabus is ready, visit https://spcollege.simplesyllabus.com/en-US/syllabus-library

IMPORTANT: ALL SPC Courses are using Simple Syllabus beginning Fall 2024. This syllabus can be found on the navbar across the top of the page on a course.
