Acceptable Forms of Photo ID for Proctored Testing

Students must provide a photo ID for testing purposes. Students without a photo ID will NOT be able to test. Photocopies or reproductions are NOT acceptable. Acceptable types of ID include:

• Any current, government-issued photo ID (drivers license, passport, military ID, etc.)
• SPC student ID
• Other school ID with name and photo

Students below the age of 15yrs old should have one of the following forms of identification below: 

• State-issued Florida ID from the DMW (for those who don’t have a valid driver’s license)
• Valid passport
• High school photo ID
