SPC WiFI Connect Using Android

                                                           

 

1. Open the SETTINGS on your device. Be sure that ‘Wi-Fi’ is turned ON

 

 

2. From the list of wireless networks, select SPCWifi option

 

 

 

USE YOUR SPC ACCOUNT FOR WiFi

  • EAP Method - choose PEAP
  • Phase 2 Authentication - choose MSCHAPV2
  • CA Certificate - choose Unspecified or Don’t Validate
  • Domain – enter spcollege.edu
  • Identity - SPC user credentials:
    • For SPC faculty and staff, enter your credentials in the following format:
      • Username: admin\lastname.firstname (ex: admin\doe.john)
      • Password: your SPC network login password

 

    • For SPC students, enter your credentials in the following format:
      • Username: acad\student ID number
      • Password: your SPC login password

 

    • For UPC students, enter enter your credentials in the following format:
      • Username: spcollege\####UPC (ex: spcollege\1234UPC)
      • Password: your UPC login password

 

  • Anonymous Identity - leave blank

 

After entering your credentials, click Connect to continue.

After the connection process finishes, you should show that you are connected to SPCWifi.

 

If this is not successful, you may need to forget the network (see instructions below). Forgetting a network will reset your connection and prompt you to connect again.

 

How to forget a network on an Android Devices

1. Go to your device Settings

2. Go to Wifi

3. Press and hold on the network you want to forget

4. Tap “Forget This Network” (wording may vary depending on your device)

5. Attempt to connect again.
