St. Petersburg College has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to process official transcript orders. All transcripts include the college seal and watermark, with content verified by SPC. Transcripts can be ordered via email, electronic exchange through NSC, or sent by USPS First-Class Mail.
St. Petersburg College has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enhanced transcript delivery services. You may opt to have your official SPC transcript sent via email, USPS or electronically to designated colleges and universities.
Transcript fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. You should review your unofficial transcript to verify course, grade and degree information prior to submitting a request and paying the fee for an official transcript. It is your responsibility to:
Provide the correct email or mailing address for the recipient
Ensure the recipient can and will accept the chosen method of transcript delivery
Meet any deadlines for submission of the transcript
Ensure the recipient opens any electronic transcript within 30 days
You may request your transcript be sent immediately, after grades are posted or after your degree is awarded.
Transcripts held for current term grades will be processed 7 days after the term ends; if it is held for degree, it will process 30 days after the term ends. Your order must be placed before the last day of the term. Any orders submitted after the end of the term will be processed at the end of the next term.

Electronic Transcripts - Must be retrieved using a desktop or laptop computer due to security features applied to the document. Mobile device and tablet access to the Download Center is blocked.
Payment - If a cost is involved, payment will be accepted with any major credit card or debit card. Your credit or debit card is not charged until your school sends your transcript(s). However, if you use a debit card, your bank may put a hold on your funds when we pre-authorize your payment. If you have any questions about a pre-authorization, please contact your bank.
