Introduction

Titan Hub is SPC's internal landing page that serves as a centralized portal for students, faculty, and staff. This guide provides comprehensive instructions for accessing and navigating Titan Hub, connecting your SPC email, locating your digital student ID, and customizing your dashboard experience.

Connect Your SPC Email in Titan Hub

When new students join SPC, one of their beginning tasks is to sign into their Titan Hub account. Titan Hub is the student portal where you can jump to Canvas, SPC (Outlook) Email, Your Student Account (MySPC), and other internal platforms and sites. 

 

When you first access your Titan Hub account, you will need to connect your SPC email account in the Outlook widget. 

 

1. To access Titan Hub, sign in through the Titans Login button on the SPC Website

2. If you don't land on the homepage, click the Titan Hub Logo in the top left corner of the page to see your Titan Hub dashboard

3. Locate the Outlook email widget on your dashboard and click Connect Account.

4. After connecting, you will see a preview of your emails, and be able to visit your email account, as well as your One Drive:

5. Click See all emails to open your SPC email in a new browser tab. 

 

Note: This is the web-based version of Outlook. To download the Microsoft 365 suite, follow these instructions. SPC students are given a Microsoft account for the duration of their time at SPC. 

 

How to Locate your Student Digital ID in Titan Hub

This guide will show you how to locate your digital student ID.

  1. To log in to Titan Hub, click the Titan Login button located at www.spcollege.edu.

  2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner. 

  3. Click on ID Card

Accessing Titan Hub

  • To access Titan Hub, sign in through the Titans Login button on the SPC website

  • After you click Titans Login, enter your SPC email and password. You will be taken to the Titan Hub to access all SPC sites and platforms.
     

  • Part 1 of this guide reviews how to access important sites, links, and resources. Part 2 reviews other information and areas of the Titan Hub.
     

  • If you cannot find what you are looking for, use the search bar at the top of the page:

Across the top of your dashboard, you will see a set of blue capsules , these dropdown menus are organized by resource type. Click the down arrow to the right of the title to see the options.

Academics: The links listed under this topic will jump you to academic resources like tutoring, the academic calendar, info on testing centers, the bookstore link, and more!

Pay for Classes: The links listed here are all about financial aid and help you navigate the financial side of attending SPC. 

Career & Advising: The links listed here connect you with your advisor, guide you to the career resources department, and link you to make an appointment in person or virtually. 

Titan Cares: The links listed here are personal support resources for students such as mental health, daycare, food bank, and other life issues. 

Student Life: The links listed here connect you to student groups, clubs, and campus events/organizations. Get involved with a student organization today!

Help: The links listed here connect you with support resources.

To access MySPC: To enter your MySPC account, you can click the link on the left side menu under shortcuts

NOTE: You can also access several areas of your MySPC account from the dropdown menu's across the top of the page, such as going directly to the page where you can search for and enroll in courses, see your financial aid status, or pay for classes.

 

Access Canvas

To access your Canvas account: Click View in Canvas on the widget, or select Canvas from the left side menu under Shortcuts.

SPC Outlook Email, Office 365, and One Drive

To access your SPC Outlook Email, Office 365, and your One Drive account, first click Connect Account.

After connecting, you will see a preview of your emails, and be able to visit your email account, as well as your One Drive:

Password Management and SPC Web Site


For Password Management, the Academic Calendar,  and to visit the SPC Website, click to expand the Resources tab under the Tools Widget on the left menu:

To visit Student Technical Support, Short-term Training, or Accessibility Services, click to expand the Support tab in the Tools Widget on the left menu:

There are various groups available to join if you are interested. You can view the groups you are a member of on the groups on the left-hand side or the groups widget on the main page. To view other groups scroll down to the Suggested Groups section and click View All Groups, or click View all from the Groups section on the left-hand menu.

Download or follow the steps to download from the App Store:

  1. Open App Store: Locate the App Store on your device. App_Store_(iOS).svg.png
  2. Search: In the search bar type in SPC Titan Hub
  3. Select the App: Tap on the app icon to open its page.
  4. Download: Tap the "Get" or "Download" button. You might need to authenticate using Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.
  5. Installation: Once downloaded, the app icon will appear on your home screen. Tap it to open and start using the app.

Using Google Play Store:

  2. Search: In the search bar type in SPC Titan Hub
  3. Select the App: Tap on the app you want to download.
  4. Install: Click the "Install" button. You might need to grant permission to access certain functions or data on your device.
  5. Open the App: Once installed, the app icon will appear on your home screen or in the app drawer. Tap it to launch the app.

 

Discover Groups in Titan Hub

The Global Search and Discover feature is one way to find and join Groups that align with your interests or needs. Whether you're looking to connect with Titans who share similar interests, participate in extracurricular activities, or collaborate on research projects, this guide will provide you with the tools and tips to efficiently locate the right Groups.

Find and Join a Public Group via Discover

  1. Click on the Discover icon in the Global Menu.
  2. Choose Groups.
  3. Review the full list or click on Any Category to filter the search by Group Category.
  4. Select a specific Group.
  5. Click Join Group in the upper right-hand corner of the Group cover image.

Find and Join a Public Group Through Search

  1. Click in the Search Bar.
  2. Type the name of the Group. Matches will appear below the Search Bar.
  3. Click on the specificGroup to join.
  4. Click Join Group in the upper right-hand corner of the Group cover image.

Join a Private Group

Private Group membership is by invitation only and non-searchable. When a Group admin adds a user to a Group, the User will receive a notification and automatically become a Group Member.

 

How to Customize your Titan Hub Dashboard

Are you looking to optimize your experience with Titan Hub, the powerful platform that brings all your essential information and tools together in one place? Our guide on customizing your Titan Hub dashboard will walk you through the steps to tailor your dashboard to your specific needs and preferences.

Rearrange Shortcuts:

The Shortcuts menu is a vertical menu on the left side of the screen. You can rearrange the shortcuts so that they are in the order that works best for you. We recommend Canvas, MySPC for Students, My Learning Plan (MLP), Titans Care, and Titan Connect in the top, but it is up to you. 

  1. Inside the SPC Titan Hub, navigate to the Shortcuts menu (1). It is on the lefthand side, right underneath the Dashboard menu. Select Edit (2).

  2. To move a shortcut, select the button on the left, (it looks like three horizontal lines), hold it, and drag the item to the location you prefer on the Shortcuts menu.

Resize Widgets:

Tailor the size of your widget to achieve the appearance you want on your dashboard.
Note: This feature may not be compatible with custom widgets.

  1. In any widget, select the three dots in the top right corner.
  2. Click/drag the widget size boxes to change the size of the widget.

Widget Folders:

Organize widgets in folders to best suit your preferences. Want all of your academic widgets in one place to easily track your academic progress? Place them all in the same folder!


How to Add Widget Folders to Titan Hub Image

Reorder Folders/Widgets:

  • Drag-and-drop widgets or folders anywhere on the Dashboard for ultimate organization!

Add/Remove Widgets:

  • Add widgets to your dashboard to help you customize and organize the information or tools you use frequently or remove widgets to declutter the interface.
    NOTE: Certain widgets cannot be deleted because they are required.
