Technical Support Center Hours of Operation

From registration to coursework to email and everything in between, we are here to assist you with ​​​technical issues related to MySPC, MyCourses, student email and other technology related issues. This section contains some links and resources to help solve your issue.​​

Technical Support Center Hours:

​​​​​​​​​​​7 am to Midnight  - 7 days a week 

NOTE: Unavailable on Tuesdays from 1pm - 2pm / Closed or adjusted Hours most Holidays and College Closed Dates

 

Announcement:

Starting January 21 and continuing through February 24, helpdesk hours will be temporarily adjusted to 8 AM–10 PM, 7 days a week, to allow time for training new staff.
