How To Reset Your Password

 

SPC takes security very seriously. All accounts are secured with Microsoft’s Multifactor Authentication. 

In order to reset your password you must have your MFA setup.

 

To Setup Your MFA, please complete the verification here.

The MFA Setup will use the telephone number on your Student Record as the method to receive your Security Code via text.

Once you’ve submitted your verification, an email will be sent to your personal email address on your Student Record with your Reset Password link.

*If your Student Record has not been updated with the correct cellphone number and personal email, you must update your personal information. Please contact the Technical Support Center for assistance with setting up your MFA with the correct information and then visit this support page to Update Your Personal Information once you’ve logged into your account.

 

 

To reset your password:

 

 

  1. Visit the Technical Support Page and click on ‘Trouble Signing In’

     

  2. Click on the ‘Reset Password’ button

     

  3. Enter your Student Email address and complete the Captcha correctly

     

  4. Select ‘I Forgot My Password’

     

  5. Enter in the cellphone number on your Student Record provided to you on the screen. (Enter the number with no dashes)

    *If you notice that the number provided is incorrect, contact the Technical Support Center

     

  6. Enter the Security Code that is sent to your phone via text

     

  7. Create a new Password following the Student Password Requirements

     

  8. Log into your account using your new password by clicking on ‘Titans Login’ on our college website
