Please Note: You must set up your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) method prior to attempting the Self-Service Password Reset.

Self-Service Password Reset

 

1. When you visit the college website, www.spcollege.edu, you will click on Titans Login at the top right-hand corner of the page

2. You will be taken to our Log On page below

3. If you've forgotten your password... Click 'Reset Password'

4. You will be directed to the Trouble Signing In page.

5. Here, you will click the https://aka.ms/sspr link

6. Enter in your SPC email address in the Email or Username field. Enter in the Captcha correctly.

7. Select 'I Forgot My Password' and click NEXT.

NEXT, YOU MAY BE ASKED TO EITHER ANSWER YOUR SECURITY QUESTIONS OR ENTER THE CELL PHONE NUMBER ON FILE. Be Ready for Both!

 

VERIFICATION STEP 1: SECURITY QUESTION:

  • Once the correct answers are provided, you will be able to provide your new password. Please follow the Password Requirements: (1) Capital Letter, (1) Lower-Case Letter, (1) Number, and/or (1) Special Character, such as $ ! @

  • Once you’ve set your new password, return to www.spcollege.edu, click on ‘Titans Login’, and log into your account using your new password.

VERIFICATION STEP 1: ENTER CELL PHONE NUMBER ON FILE:

Instead of asking you for the answers to your Security Questions, you may just be asked to enter in the telephone number that the system has on file to receive a security code immediately to reset your password. This means that you have provided your cell phone number before in the past and you may not have setup your Security Questions. Enter in the correct telephone number that matches the last two numbers in the example. *If the phone number appears incorrect, please contact the Technical Support Center for assisting*

  • After you’ve entered in your cell phone number and click ‘Next’, the system will text or call you with a 6-digit security code. Enter that code into the field provide. Click ‘Next’.

  • After you’ve entered in the correct security code and click ‘Next’, you will be able to provide your new password. Please follow the Password Requirements: (1) Capital Letter, (1) Lower-Case Letter, (1) Number, and/or (1) Special Character, such as $ ! @
  • Once you’ve set your new password, you will receive a message that states that your Password was reset successfully!
  • Return to www.spcollege.edu, click on ‘Titans Login’, and log into your account using your new password.

 

All faculty, staff and students passwords must meet a total of eight (8) characters, cannot be one a password you've used previously, and must contain three (3) of these following complexity requirements:

  • English uppercase letter (A-Z).
  • English lowercase letter (a-z).
  • Numeral (0-9).
  • Non-alphanumeric character (! # $ %)
  • Your password cannot contain sensitive information such as your name, or other information we have on your file such as date of birth or social security number.
