At St. Petersburg College, the Student Survey of Instruction (SSI) is a survey students fill out at the end of each course to provide feedback on your experience. Your feedback is important, and all of your responses are completely anonymous.

How do I complete the SSI survey?

To get to SSI, click your profile picture from the Canvas global navigation, and then click the SSI Course Evaluation link.
You may also see a request to complete the SSI survey in the following areas:
Canvas Announcement
Canvas announcement inviting students to complete SSI.
Canvas Dashboard Announcement
Canvas Dashboard announcement about completing SSI.
Canvas To Do List
SSI as a to do list item.
Canvas Calendar
Canvas Calendar event on the final date SSI is available.
How do I complete the SSI survey?
- Click on the hyperlink in the Dashboard announcement, course announcement, or calendar event to open the SSI survey.
- Inside the SSI survey, answer all the questions (1), provide any other relevant comments in the text box (2), and click Save (3).
- After you complete the SSI survey, you'll get a confirmation email that you can forward to your instructor if needed! The email will be a confirmation that you completed SSI. It will not include how you actually answered the questions.
