SPC WiFi – Connect Using a Windows Computer

Follow the steps below to connect your Windows computer to the SPCWifi wireless network while on an SPC campus.

Connect to SPCWifi

1. Click the Network/Wi-Fi icon located on the right side of the Windows taskbar near the clock.
2. Make sure Wi-Fi is turned On.
3. From the list of available wireless networks, select SPCWifi.
4. Select Connect.
5. When prompted, enter your SPC credentials using the appropriate format below.

SPC Students

Username: acad\StudentIDNumber

Password: Your SPC login password

6. Select OK, Connect, or Continue when prompted.
7. If Windows displays a message asking whether you expect to find SPCWifi in this location or asks you to continue connecting, verify that the network is SPCWifi before continuing.
8. Once the connection is complete, the Wi-Fi icon in the Windows taskbar should indicate that you are connected.

Having Trouble Connecting?

If you previously connected to SPCWifi and are now having trouble connecting, forgetting the network and reconnecting may resolve the issue.

Forget SPCWifi in Windows 11

1. Click Start and open Settings.
2. Select Network & internet.
3. Select Wi-Fi.
4. Select Manage known networks.
5. Locate SPCWifi.
6. Select Forget.
7. Return to the list of available Wi-Fi networks.
8. Select SPCWifi and attempt to connect again using your SPC credentials.
