If you're having trouble signing in to your SPC account, use the options below to get back into your account.
Important: Do not use Safari when resetting or changing your password. Please use another supported browser, such as Firefox, Chrome, or Microsoft Edge.
Forgot Your Password or Locked Out?
If you have already set up your Multi-factor Authenticator App, you can reset your password or unlock your account online.
Note: Your password can only be changed once every 24 hours (Student), once every 8 days (Faculty/Staff). If you need to change your password again within 24 hours or 8 days, contact the Technical Support Center for assistance.
Need Help Setting Up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) provides additional security for your SPC account and is required for all SPC accounts.
Note: MFA must be set up using an authenticator app, preferably the Microsoft Authenticator app. Click the link above for step-by-step instructions on setting up your authenticator app for your SPC account. You will be unable to receive security codes via SMS/Text Message; a trusted authenticator app must be used.
Don't Know Your Student ID or Student Email Address?
If you do not know your SPC Student ID or SPC student email address, you can look up your account information using the link below.
Note: You will need your Student ID, last four digits of your Social Security number, and date of birth to get started.
New Student Accessing Your Account for the First Time?
If you are accessing your SPC student account for the first time, you will need to create your password before you can log in.
Note: You will need your Student ID, last four digits of your Social Security number, and date of birth to get started.
Keep Your Personal Email Address Updated
SPC uses your personal email address and telephone number to keep you informed throughout your student journey, including emergency and campus alerts, important College notifications, and security verification. Keeping your contact information current helps ensure you receive important communications when you need them.
For Instructions: Update Your Personal Information
Important: The Technical Support Center uses the personal email address listed in your student account to verify your identity when support requires accessing your account, sharing account information, or making any change. A security code is sent to the personal email address listed in your SPC student account to verify your identity. Make sure your personal email address is one you can access. If your information is outdated, you may not receive assistance. Update your personal information the next time you are able to access your student account.
