This guide shows you how to add your preferred name to your MySPC account. Once you complete the steps below, your preferred name will also appear as your name in MyCourses 12-24 hours after you make the change in your MySPC account.
Step-by-Step:
- Navigate to the SPC Website
- Click TITANS LOGIN
- Sign in using your SPC email and password:
- Once you are logged in to Titan Hub, hover over the MySPC and Learning Resources, select MySPC
- Within MySPC, you can add a preferred name within the ‘Profile’ tile. Click the ‘Profile’ tile:
- Once in the ‘Profile’ tile, under ‘Personal Details’, click the + sign icon to add your preferred name to your profile.
- A pop-up window will open. Under the Type of name select ‘Preferred’ and enter your preferred first and last name.
- Once entered, confirm the spelling is correct and click Save
